By accessing and using Amavibe ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

Amavibe provides an event discovery and ticketing platform. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Amavibe, an Amavibe employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service for any purpose

3. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase tickets through Amavibe, you enter into a contract directly with the event organizer. Amavibe acts as an agent for the organizer to facilitate the transaction.

Ticket Purchase Terms:

• All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled
• Ticket prices may include service fees and processing charges
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your purchase information
• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the event organizer

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Amavibe will facilitate refunds as requested by organizers in the following circumstances:

• Event cancellation by the organizer
• Significant event changes (date, venue, headliner changes)
• As specified in the organizer's refund policy

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

If you create events on Amavibe, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event information
• Honor all ticket sales made through the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Promptly communicate any event changes to ticket holders
• Process refunds in accordance with your stated refund policy

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

7. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Amavibe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amavibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Disputes

Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
